UPS has to be kept on always.

Never switch off electric supply of UPS.

Switch on CPU and Monitor.

Wait till all icons appear on the screen.

SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE

Go to start menu.

Select the icon – turn off computer.

Select the option shut down in the turn off window.

Switch off the supply from UPS to Monitor.

Never switch off electric supply of UPS.
