-Click ok on the test dialog box
-Place five sample microvials of 5%sodium hypochlorite solution into the adapters in the first five position of a sample rack
-In the last five position of the rack, place five sample microvail with DI water
-Put the stop tube with an empty sample microvail into the second sample rack and place both sample racks on the sampling station
-Start worklist
-When the status returns to READY,remove the plastic PPEK dummy cartridge, clean the cartridge holder again with a cotton swab and DI water, then reinstall original analytic cartridge
-Remove decon tubing from the cartridge holder.Discard breaker waste.
-Reconnect cartridge to detector tubing, securing both tubing end connection
-Remove the racks.select the desired test from the SETUP/Test screen.
2)Clean the Flow cell
-The flow cell cleaning kit contains a syringe, flow cell cleaning liquid and tubing assemblies:
-Make sure the variant II is in the READY mode.open the front panel of the VCS and disconnect the fingertight fitting connected to the outlet of the column thermomodule
-Remove the syringe, adapter ang union fitting from the kit.connect the adapter to the union fitting.connect a syringe filled with cleanng solution to the adapter.
-Using the syringe ,push about 20ml of solution through the flow cell.let stand for atleast 20 min.repeat once.
-Fill the syringe with DI water.using the syringe ,push about 20 ml of DI water through flow cell to rinse out the cleaning solution.Repeat once.
-Remove the union fitting, adapter, syringe used for cleaning and reconnect the tubing for the thermomodule outlet.
3)Flush piston/Seal valve
4)Clean Exterior/Interior surface/Belts
Exterior surface cleaning:Use a cloth or sponge dampened with water to wipe the surface.
