• At first, switch on the power supply.
• Then switch on the CPU and Monitor in that order.
• When the screen of monitor is displayed, it will require password to enter onto desktop.
• Then, start any work related to the computer and save each and every work before logging off.
• After completing the work, switch off the monitor & CPU.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
• Cleaning: Every day morning, dusting is done with soft brush or soft cloth.
• Whenever not in use, switch off the monitor and cover.
• Operate the computer gently.
• Do not use computer without a basic knowledge of its operation.

• At first, switch on the power supply
• Switch on Printer
• Attach USB cable of printer with CPU.
• Load paper in a tray
• Give command of “ Control P”
• After completion of work, switch of the printer.
