HOW TO OPERATE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

  1. 2 Sediment filters
  2. Carbon block
  3. Ro membrane
  4. Resin
  5. Post carbon filter
  6. U V filter
  7. Inlet outlet tube

Procedure to Operate Water Treatment Plant:

  1. Switch on the main power supply of water treatment plant and TDS meter. Open the cork of water source
  2. From the inlet tube water goes to sediment filter 1,from where some of the particulate contaminants are removed from the water.
  3. After sediment filter 1 water goes to carbon block where organic contaminants are removed .
  4. Then water goes to sediment filter 2 where remaning particulate contaminants are removed.
  5. Then water goes to RO membrane where remaining organic contaminants are removed.
  6. Then water goes to Resin 1 and Resin 2 where ion exchange take place and salts are removed.
  7. Then water passes through 0.2 micron filter and it removes all impurities >0.2um
  8. Then water goes to UV filters where further purification takes place.
  9. After the whole purification process we get water of tds <1 microsiemens/cm.

NOTE: WHEN SHUTTING DOWN WATER TREATMENT PLANT MAKE SURE THAT WATER CORK IS CLOSED AND MOTOR IS SWITCHED OFF.KEEPING MOTOR ON WITHOUT ANY WATER FLOW THROUGH IT CAN DAMAGE THE MOTOR.
