When there is complain from resident for lis report site not open then chek point as written below

First check internet in all comuter then chek gmcsurat.edu.in site is open from computer or not and also from your phone

If it not opened then problem is from college side ,ask for connection chek in college

If gmcsurat.edu.in opened from computer then there is connection error in Lab,chek light of all computer and cpu

Then chek black color router light is on or not,and chek plug where router is attached

Check following 6 light as shown in below image

Light no-1 ——→ Check green light in switch beside vitros machine

Light no-2 ——→ Check output voltage just below green light switch. It should not be zero,if it is zero then press switch one or two times.If problem is not solved then call electrician.

Light no-3 ——→see light no 3 on back side of CPU-3,which is present in HPLC room

Light no-4 ——→ see all lights in black switch present on CPU-3

Light no-5 ——→ see all green lights in white router which is hang on partition between XL-1000 room and HPLC room

Light no-6 ——→ see light no 6 on back side of CPU-6,which is present in HPLC room
