Procedure for withdrawn report
- When you find wrong value in report.
- Click on “Edit”
- You will find this window shown below.
- Click on Examinations.
- Click on BI.
- You will find this window shown below.
- Scroll it to the end.
- You will find this window shown below.
- Click on Withdrawan_Report.
- Scroll upward.
- Click on Save.
- Call to respective wards.
- Inform the withdrawn reports to the doctor/ sister or any other responsible person present there.
- Also write it into remark.
- All withdrawn reports are being recorded in LIS as it is our one of the Quality Indicator.
