Call Jiteshbhai(9327110049) for early Repair of Auto analyser.

If required follow following troubleshooting

Prepare All 3 Semiauto analyser and Prolyte for 5 Test that is Creatinine , Bilirubin , Glucose, ALT and Electrolyte.

Do calibration of ALT,Creatinine,Glucose and bilirubin.WDI for calibration and testing of GLC,CR,ALT,BIL.PRINT|

Do QC in all 3 Semiauto Analyser and Prolyte every 12 hourly and Enter QC results manually in LIS.

Send Circular in all Department,Medical supritendent signed by Head of Department regarding Breakdown of Auto Analyser.Attach circular to laboratory request book.

Inform all first year resident of all department orally.

Do Entry of only Creatinine ,Glucose and ALT. If ALT comes High then do Bilirubin.

Do all Bilirubin of NICU and Do Electrolyte of only MICU,NICU,SICU,Hemodialysis unit and Critical patients.

If error massege show autospan calibration failed, look for the gain of filters, If it shows same gain of all filters (e.g.,16), it indicates lamp failure(lamp not lightening) and changing the lamp is required. How to change lamp
