2 level of calibrator level-1 , level-2
It comes in frozen state and ready to use form
Each level contain 2 ml of calibrator
From main bottle 4 cup was made of 0.5 ml from each level
This cup was capped and parafilm done
Barcode label was sticked on lower part which has mentioned Name lot no and level
kept in urine micro-container and labelled as fresh cup
For next time calibration use this cup
After calibration retained calibrator was kept in original bottle in which it actually came and it was labelled as used cup
This retained calibrator will be used as a quality control sample in future
All this kept in box
This box kept in deep friedge no-16
After each calibration kept retained calibrator in its original bottle
For calibration do not use sample from its original bottle ,use labelled parafilmed cup
