put incubator at 24'C at least 1 hour before starting procedure.
put all standards and enzyme conjugate reagent in incubator at 24'C for 30 minutes.
put electronic multichannel pipettes in charging.
Prepare worklist of samples in which TSH or Free T4 is to be estimated which includes the plan that in which well which sample is to be put.Standard ,control, QC and Samples are run in duplicate.They are placed in mirror image form1).
For Free T4 estimation,select samples with TSH result <0.5 microU/ml and >5 microU/ml.
