3 levels of calibrator ,in ready to use form ,liquid kept at 2 to 8 degree celcius temperature
for each level 3 allicorte of 300 microliter was made and parafilmed ,barcode label sticed and kept in urine micro container and that were kept in box and labelled as fresh calibrator cup
Left over fresh calibrator were kept in original bottle and that was kept in different box
Left over sample, which was used for calibration , was kept in box which contain original bottle of calibrator ,in eppendopp cup and parafilmed and labelled the box stock is fresh and cups were used
