  1. Set aspiration speed = 3.
  2. Set dispense speed = 3.
  3. While dispensing pipette, tip should be touching the upper wall of well.
  4. Keep pressing button and move tips upward.
  5. Only when tips are away from well, release the pressed button.do not change tip every time.
