1. Go to maintenance: ISE Unit page.see below picture.
  2. Click on ISE ON button.
  3. Give purge A cycle from maintenance :ISE unit, if it give red signal repeat the cycle until it become green and if it give green signal then also repeat the purge cycle for 7 to 10 times.Repeat the same procedure with Purge B cycle.
  4. Give Calibration from {maintence :ISE unit}.Electrode calibratin slopes are displayed on the screen.If any error occurs during calibration process, the error code and error message display in the message grid and the parameters calibration slope display in red colour.If calibration slopes are within the acceptable range then abox with green colour is display.Repeat this procedure for 3 to 4 times.
  5. Do qc of both level atleast for 5 days and it should be within acceptable range.
  6. when there is switching of inhouse fluid pack with company fluid pack,use serum for calibration.
  7. when electrodes are changed, full ISE maintanance given as described above.
