  • If Erba XL-640 is malfunctioning and can not be repaired within period acceptable to clinicians, use Erbachem and follow procedure for responding to Erba XL-640 failure

Preparation of Aliquots

1. Write sample id on ependroff cups with permanent marker pen on the rough surface of ependroff cup.
2. Arrange them in ascending order in the rack.
3. Aspirate serum from the centrifuged vacutte with the help of 200 uL pipette.
4. Dispense the serum into the respective sample id ependroff cup.
5. Recap the ependroff cup as soon as possible after dispensing serum.
6. Put ependroff cups with cap in refrigerator(2-8 ') if analysis is delayed.
