How to make entry of new kit or reagent

  1. Open 12.207.3.240.
  2. Enter user name and password.
  3. Go to Misc—→Reagents.
  5. Following screen will be shown to you.
  7. To enter new reagent or new kit, click on Reagent received.
  8. Following screen will be shown to you.
  10. click on Add blank.
  11. Following screen will be shown to you.
  13. click on pencil icon shown below id.
  14. Following screen will be shown to you.
  16. Select the name of reagent or kit from drop down menu that you want to enter in LIS..
  18. Fill all the details about kit or reagents.
  19. Then click on update to save this entry.
  20. That entry will be shown as below.

How to check near expiry kit or reagent

  1. Open 10.207.3.240.
  2. Enter user name and password.
  3. Go to Misc—→Reagents.
  4. Click on Near Expiry Data.
  5. Following screen will be shown to you.
  7. Last column show in how many days it will going to expire in days.

How to check near out of stock data of kit or reagent

  1. Open 10.207.3.240.
  2. Enter user name and password.
  3. Go to Misc—→Reagents.
  4. Click on Near Out Of Stock Data.
  5. Following screen will be shown to you.
  7. This will show you reorder value, stock and whether reorder is needed or not.
  8. Yes or No in last column suggest that reorder is needed or not.

How to do entry in LIS when new kit or reagent is opened

  1. Open 10.207.3.240.
  2. Enter user name and password.
  3. Go to Misc—→Reagents.
  4. Click on Reagent Opened.
  6. Write down the reagent or kit ID that you want to open.

How to search id of kit or reagent

  1. Open 10.207.3.240.
  2. Enter user name and password.
  3. Go to Misc—→Reagents.
  4. Click on Get Best To Open.
  5. Select Reagent or kit from drop down for that you want to search id.
  7. For example, ALP-R1.
  8. Following screen will be shown to you.
  10. click on Find to best open.
  11. Following screen will be shown to you.
  13. ID for ALP-R1 is 644 and container count is 1.
  14. This detail has to be filled in box of Open Reagent/Consumable.
  15. Then click on open.
