Note: Following instruction is useful only if operator is familiar with Erba XL-640

Current calibration frequency policy

1. Run samples in Erba XL-640
2. Export results from Erba XL-640
3. Import results in LIS

Preparation of Aliquots

1. Write sample id on ependroff cups with permanent marker pen on the rough surface of ependroff cup.
2. Arrange them in ascending order in the rack.
3. Aspirate serum from the centrifuged vacutte with the help of 200 uL pipette.
4. Dispense the serum into the respective sample id ependroff cup.
5. Recap the ependroff cup as soon as possible after dispensing serum.
6. Put ependroff cups with cap in refrigerator(2-8 ') if analysis is delayed.
