Procedure for washing plate

1. Give prime wash.click prime button on the washer.
2. Set the number of wells to be washed and put the plate in proper position.
3. click the command of aspirate/wash and click ok.
4. Watch whether wash and aspiration is proper or not.
5. If not, see for kinking of the tubings.
6. strike the wells gently on tissue paper to remove all residual water droplets.

1. prepare wash solution with 1:10 dilution of hypochloride.
2. Wash all aspiration tubings of washer head with the above prepared solution.
3. thereafter give prime wash thoroughly with deionised water.
