Preparation of Aliquots

  1. Write sample id on ependroff cups with permanent marker pen on the rough surface of ependroff cup.
  2. Arrange them in ascending order in the rack.
  3. Aspirate serum from the centrifuged vacutte with the help of 200 uL pipette.
  4. Dispense the serum into the respective sample id ependroff cup.
  5. Recap the ependroff cup as soon as possible after dispensing serum.
  6. Put ependroff cups with cap in refrigerator(2-8 ') if analysis is delayed.

Measurement of urine sample

  1. Equipment takes 225 ul MOPS dilutent in two cuvettes
  2. Then 25 ul urine is added in both
  3. From both cuvettes 70ul sample is taken in electrode channels.
  4. First 70ul is used for washing
  5. 2nd 70ul is used for analysis
