When new lot of reagent made it should be checked by comparing it with older lot reagent.

1. During checking a new lot, take 1.5mlX2 reagent in eppendroff cup and preserve it in assigned box. This reagent will be checked again when next lot is checked.
2. So during reagent checking 3 values will be obtained. 1)old lot with old check.2)Old lot with new check.3)new lot with new check.
3. for checking the reagent take 10cups of old and new reagent and run it in erba XL 640.
4. sort the data in excel sheet.
