open 10.207.3.240.

Enter your user name and password.

Go to 'edit' .

Enter sample Id of report on which changes are made.

Click on 'save sample'

Add “Z_Withdrawn_Report” from below menu.

write in following format “old parameter=value was wrong and the result was withdrawn.”

Give this new report in concerned ward and discard the old report in black bag.
