1. take 50 ml of 0.1 mol/ L EDTA and make up to 500 ml with 5% dextrose solution.
2. Or take 50 ml of 0.1 mol/ L EDTA and 25 gm glucose and make upto 500 ml.
3. Keep it preserve in refrigerator.
