Following troubles may come

  1. Machine will show dirty cuvette errors continuously.
  2. Machine will show Autospan failed.
  3. Machine will stop working in between the run.
  4. Machine will not start.

What to do when above listed troubles occurs ???

  1. Start cuvette ringe and observe the flow.
  2. Check for tube blockages. Tubes are being shown here in image
  3. Check for water overflow/spills. Overflow during cuvette ringe is being shown here in video
  4. Check for lamp and lamp gain.
  5. Clean path between cuvette and lamp with histopathology comb wrapped with clean tissue paper.
