How to enter calibration details in database

  1. Open 12.207.3.240.
  2. Enter user name and password.
  3. Go to Quality—→Calibrations.step 1
  4. click on 'New calibration'.step 2
  5. Fill details as written below:
    1. Code = select from drop down menu
    2. date_of_calibration = select date of calibration
    3. equipment_name = select from drop down menu
    4. Purpose = new lot , weekly calibration , New method etc
    5. Reagents = Lot no. of reagent used for calibration
    6. calibrators = Lot no. of calibrators used for calibration
    7. Responses = value of calibrator and O.D of calibrator
    8. Correlation_function = factor
    9. quality check = value of Quality control
    10. Detail = if any
  6. Then click on 'save'.
  7. To attach whole file of calibration
