Calculation Of LDL / VLDL by LIS system automatically

  1. Open 10.207.3.240
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. click on 'edit'.Step 1
  4. Enter sample_Id and click on 'edit_sample'.figure 2
  5. In Status, Change from “entered” to “analyzed”.
  6. click on'save_sample'.
  7. Open Autoverification menu
  8. Enter that Sample i.d. and click on “Refresh”.
  9. Values are calculted.

Calculation Of LDL / VLDL by manually

  1. Formula for LDL calculation = Total cholesterol - (HDL + VLDL)
  2. VLDL = TG/5 , VLDL can be calculated by this freidwald formula if TG ≤ 400 mg/dL
