Internal Quality controlMeasure cumulative mean, SD and CV% of IQC results for a given lot of QC sample. Wherever possible, include at least six months data for cumulative analysis. If the resultant CV% exceed CLIA acceptable limits for 95% confidence limit, preform RCA and record the action taken
External Quality AssessmentUsing yearly RIQAS report received from Randox, find examinations with unacceptable performance. For examinations with unacceptable performance, preform RCA and record the action taken

clinician satisfaction serveyMaintain quality of examinations acceptable to clinicians of parent institute. The objective is measured by annual clinician satisfaction servey where in clinician rate satisfaction of quality of examination in a scale of 0-10 for different laboratory section.
Internal auditPerform internal audit to find conformance to requirements of IS/ISO 15189:2012, NABL India and the national, regional and local laws and regulations as applicable and correct non-conformance thereof. The objective is measured by number of major and minor NCs raised during such audit.
NABL AssessmentInvite assessment from NABL to find conformance to requirements of IS/ISO 15189:2012, NABL India and the national, regional and local laws and regulations as applicable and correct non-conformance thereof. The objective is measured by number of major and minor NCs raised during NABL assessment.
