  1. Release of reports Release of Reports
  2. Person with qualification of MBBS with one year of post graduate experience is authorized to release report
  3. Release of printed report.
    1. Authorized person to receive reports
      1. The requesting clinicians and persons deputed by requesting clinicians. Generally ward servents, interns, residents are deputed for collecting reports.
      2. The patients themselves and persons deputed by the patients(When presented with acknowledgement in form of ward register or acknowledgement slip given by the laboratory)
  4. Release of printed revised reports.
    1. Authorized person to receive reports
      1. The requesting clinicians and persons deputed by requesting clinicians. Generally ward servents, interns, residents are deputed for collecting reports.
      2. The patients themselves and persons deputed by the patients(When presented with acknowledgement in form of ward register or acknowledgement slip given by the laboratory)
  5. -Release of printed Absured report.
    1. Authorized person to receive reports
      1. The requesting clinicians and persons deputed by requesting clinicians. Generally ward servents, interns, residents are deputed for collecting reports.
