Maintain quality of examinations acceptable to clinicians of parent institute. The objective is measured by annual clinician satisfaction servey where in clinician rate satisfaction of quality of examination in a scale of 0-10 for different laboratory section.
Perform internal audit to find conformance to requirements of IS/ISO 15189:2012, NABL India and the national, regional and local laws and regulations as applicable and correct non-conformance thereof. The objective is measured by number of major and minor NCs raised during such audit.

Maintain clinician agreed turnaround time. The objective is measured as % of each examination provided within agreed upon TAT by taking a sample of TAT.
