  - When new staff joins the laboratory, ask about vaccination status 
  - If vaccination is done, ask about number of doses  taken, tentative date and month of vaccination
  - Enter the datails in LIS
  - If vaccination is not taken, give first dose of HBV and enter in LIS.
  - Set reminder for second dose and booster dose.
  - Give subsequent dose and enter in LIS.
  - Periodically we are doing HBsAg titer of all laboratory staff.
  - Vaccination is done if titre is low.
