====TISSUE FLOATING BATH====

  * First fill up the instrument with tap water. Then switch on the  instument.
  * Adjust the temperature between 60C to 65C.
  * Cut the histopathology section and put the ribbon on the surface of water In the tissue floating bath. 
  * Lift the section on egg-albumin coated slide.
  * To remove tissue floaters put paper on surface of water and take of it immediately.
  * After completion of the work sectioning work, switch of the instrument and clean the instrument . Remove the water.
  * We have to change the tissue floating bath water each and every day before starting the work.
