====Manual Block preparation method====

  -Arrange the L Blocks in such a manner to make the Square shaped space in between
  -Pour the molten paraffin wax in the L block Temperature should be 65’C
  -Take the tissue from the casset, orient the tissue properly and add it in the center of the L block. Gentely press the tissue and then attach the label accordingly.
  -Allow it to solidify and then remove the L block
  -Block size should be atleast 1.5x1.5cm2 
  -Trim the blocks.
  -Blocks are ready for the rough cutting
