====H&E Staining====

1. Put the section in oven for 5 minute.

2. Dewax sections in xylene giving two changes for 15 minutes.

3. Dry the section in air.

4. Put the section in85% alcohol for 2 minute.

5. Put the section in80% alcohol for 2 minute.

6. Dry the section in air.

7. Dip the section in water for 2 times.

8. Stain with Harris Hematoxylin for 1 minutes.

9. Wash well in tap water for five Minutes till sections are blue. 

10. Check the slide for optimal staining under in microscope.

11. Dip in 1% acid-alcohol: 1-2 dips.

12. Wash in tap water 10 minute.

13. Stain in 1% Eosin for 30 second.

14. Wash in tap water for 1-2minutes.

15. Dry the section in air.

16. Dehydrate section by one dip in 100% Alcohol.

17. Clear in Xylene1dip, mount with DPX after.
