====DECALCIFICATION====

Immediately after receiving, the bone is cut into small pieces 

Small pieces of bone are put into the suspension of inorganic aqueous Nitric acid (5-10%)

Solution should be able to make contact with all surfaces of a specimen

Bone is suspended in solution for 24 hour in the Nitric acid

Check for the completion of Decalcification by palpation.
