====WDI OF MANUAL ERYTHROCYTE  SEDIMENTATION  RATE  (ESR)====
(Modified Westergrene Method)\\

  *Take 0.5 ml of 3.8% sodium citrate in ESR cup.
  *Then add 2 ml of anticoagulated whole blood in ESR cup.
  *Place the Westergren pipette in the ESR cup till the blood reaches to “0” mark on ESR rack.
  *Keep it at room temperature for 1 hrs.
  *Take the reading after 1 hours.
