**SOP of Centrifuge** - Insert the power cord & switch on the power supply. - RPM & time display will blink last run RPM & time. - Time setting : Push SET time key, the timer display starts incrementing till 99 & after that it starts from 1 again. Range of time – 1-99 min. Set your desirable time.

  1. RPM setting:

Push set RPM key for 3 seconds. Dot point of last RPM digit starts blinking. Now turn the RPM knob to set the desired RPM. Turning the knob clockwise - ↑se RPM. Anticlock wise - ↓ se RPM.

  1. After setting time & RPM, load sample tube. Put sample tubes by strictly maintaining their balance centrifuge loads must be balanced by placing the tubes of equal size, shape & containing equal volumes opposite to each other. Do not overload.

Apply the cap on sample tubes.

  1. Push start key,

  2. When centrifugation complete. Allow it to stop completely. Wait for 3 minutes & then open the cover of centrifuge & remove sample tubes.

  3. If during centrifuge – user wants to terminate centrifugation – Push stop key.

Routine maintenance * Interior of the bowl should be inspected regularly for contamination & SIB be cleaned regularly. * Open the lid & clean centrifuge bowl. From inner side with clean mop using neutral agent. * Remove any impurities or foreign objects that are left inside the chamber. * Remove profile rubber. Cushions from centrifuge loads & powder them with talcum.
