====RECEIVING SAMPLE====
  *Servant  comes to the cytology processing room with sample
  *Resident doctor check the request form & sample detail if everything regarding sample & request form are found ok then sample is accepted.
  *Resident doctor do the gross examination of the sample & write it down on the request form. 
  *Then technician give the cytology id no and then process the sample.
