====WDI of Fluid processing====

Take the fluid into the test tube

Centrifuge it at 2000 rpm for 10 min

Remove the supernant

Mix the sediment with the help of vortex mixture/manually

Take one drop on slide

Prepare the smear, 4 wet fix for pap & H E, 1 dry fix for MGG stain.
