Write number of the specimen on a clean glass slide.

Place the slide in the specimen chamber holder.

Place a new filter paper on the slide.

Insert two tabs at the bottom of a clean specimen chamber holder.

Press the top of the specimen chamber.

Hold the specimen chamber holder vertically.

Fill from 0.1 ml of specimen into the specimen chamber with a specimen chamber cap.

Put specimen chamber holder in the centrifuge with equal instrument.

Turn the ON- OFF switch on.

Press the MODE keypad.

Rotate the centrifuge for 10 minute with 1500 rpm.

Then turn the ON-OFF switch OFF.

Open the lid. Remove the rotor and place it on a flat surface.

Remove the specimen chamber holders from the rotor.

Remove the glass from the holder.

Remove the filter paper from the surface of the slides carefully & discard in red bag

Fix the slide immediately
