===1. Time limits for requesting additional examinations===
In case of any additional examination required like
   *more sample need to be examined or  
   *special stains if required or 
   *for Immuno Cyto Chemistry study 
**Acceptable time limits is of 6 working Days**  	

===2. Additional examinations===
Additional examinations if required for cyto -pathological  diagnosis like further smears need to be examined or special stains if required or Immuno cytochemistry study required for supportive diagnosis clinician is informed about the provisional diagnosis and about the additional time required for such  examinations. Addendum report will be issued to patient after additional examination (I.C.C) and office copy will be saved as per number.
