**SWITCH ON PROCEDURE:**
  *First switch on the main power supply.
  *Switch on refrigerator switch.

**RUN PROCEDURE**
  *Adjust the temperature at 2-6°C temperature by using control panel.
  *Note: - Do not switch off the Refrigerator

**SWITCH OFF PROCEDURE**
  *Transfer reagent/samples in other working refrigerator before doing switch off.
  *Switch off the main power supply. 

**MAINTENANCE**
  *Try to avoid contamination or spillage in the refrigerator
  *Monitor temperature of all refrigerators 24 hrs a day with the help of temperature charts.
  *Defrosting is done once a month. The cool chamber is cleaned with 1% sodium hypochlorite and wiped with clean cloth after defrosting properly. 
  *The door gasket is cleaned properly,.
  *The compressor is kept dust free
