  *At first, switch on the power supply.
  *Then switch on the CPU and Monitor in that order.
  *When the screen of monitor is displayed, it will require password to enter onto desktop.
  *Then, start any work related to the computer and save each and every work before logging off.
  *After completing the work, switch off the monitor & CPU. 

**MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE: **
a. Cleaning: Every day morning, dusting is done with soft brush or soft cloth.

b. Whenever not in use, switch off the monitor and cover.

c. Operate the computer gently.

d. Do not use computer without a basic knowledge of its operation.

**WDI OF PRINTER**
  *At first, switch on the power supply
  *Switch on Printer
  *Attach USB cable of printer with CPU.
  *Load paper in a tray
  *Give command of “ Control P” 
  *After completion of work, switch of the printer.
