===1. Time limits for requesting additional examination:===
Acceptable time limit since request: 
    *6 hrs (URINE)
    *2 hrs. (CSF)
    *4 hrs. (Other body fluids.)


===2. Additional examinations===
  *All samples are given unique Sample ID when they are received by the clinical pathology section of NCHSLS. 
  *Such sample ID is available to the requesting clinician either through acknowledgement given by the reception counter of clinical pathology section of NCHSLS or through search of laboratory database on supply of patient name and registration ID.
  *For all additional examination fill new request form .
