   * When you find wrong value in report.

   * Click on "Edit"
   * You will find this window shown below.

   * Click on Examinations.
   * Click on BI.
   * You will find this window shown below.

   * Scroll it to the end.
   * You will find this window shown below.

   * Click on Withdrawan_Report.
   * Scroll upward.
   * Click on Save.
   * Call to respective wards.
   * Inform the withdrawn reports to the doctor/ sister or any other responsible person present there.
   * Also write it into remark.
   * All withdrawn reports are being recorded in LIS as it is our one of the Quality Indicator.
