**HOW TO OPERATE WATER TREATMENT PLANT**


**PARTS:**
  -2 Sediment filters 
  -Carbon block
  -Ro membrane
  -Resin 
  -Post carbon filter
  -U V filter
  -Inlet outlet tube

**Procedure to Operate Water Treatment Plant:**
  -Switch  on the main power supply of water treatment plant and  TDS meter. Open the cork of water source 
  -From the inlet tube water goes to sediment  filter 1,from where some of the particulate contaminants are removed from the water.
  -After sediment filter 1 water goes to carbon block where organic contaminants are removed .
  -Then water goes to sediment filter 2 where remaning particulate  contaminants are removed.
  -Then water goes to RO membrane where remaining organic contaminants are removed.
  -Then water goes to Resin 1 and Resin 2 where ion exchange take place and salts are removed.
  -Then water passes through 0.2 micron filter and it removes all impurities >0.2um
  -Then water goes to UV filters where further purification takes place.
  -After the whole purification process we get water of tds <1 microsiemens/cm. 
**NOTE: WHEN SHUTTING DOWN WATER TREATMENT PLANT MAKE SURE THAT WATER CORK IS CLOSED AND MOTOR IS SWITCHED OFF.KEEPING MOTOR ON WITHOUT ANY WATER FLOW THROUGH IT CAN DAMAGE THE MOTOR.**
