===Preparation of water saturated with Butanol===
   -Butanol saturated with water can harm acrilic of equipment
   -Add 200ml butanol in 1 lit water. Mix. Allow phase separation
   -Take infranatent using separating funnel
   -Add small amount of BPB dye to help visualization of Butanol layer.
