======Calculation Of LDL / VLDL by manually======
  -Formula for LDL calculation = Total cholesterol - (HDL + VLDL)
  -VLDL = TG/5 , VLDL can be calculated by this freidwald formula if TG ≤ 400 mg/dL

======Calculation Of LDL / VLDL by automatically======  
  -If report is not verified, perform  [[autoverification process]].
  -If report is verified before calculation, perform  [[autoverification process after editing]]. 

**Preparation of Aliquots**
  - Write sample id on ependroff cups with permanent marker pen on the rough surface of ependroff cup.
  - Arrange them in ascending order in the rack.
  - Aspirate serum from the centrifuged vacutte with the help of 200 uL pipette.
  - Dispense the serum into the respective sample id ependroff cup.
  - Recap the ependroff cup as soon as possible after dispensing serum.
  - Put ependroff cups with cap in refrigerator(2-8 ') if analysis is delayed.
