10% TCA(TRI CHIORO ACETIC ACID)  

  * Take 10 gm of 99% TCA in  microcup approx.and immediately cap the bottle as it is in crystal form and very hygroscopic and weigh it on shimadzu machine for 10 gm.
  * Take approximately 50 ml of DI water in volumetric flask and add 10 gm of 99% TCA powder.
  * At the top of the flask paraffin it and mix throughly by shaking it updown several times.
  * Dissolve it properly and top-it-up upto 100 ml.
  * Do label the bottle appropriately, with concentration, quantity, manufacture date and expiry date.
 

(NOTE:-Handle 99% TCA carefully as it is hygroscopic and immediately close the lid for reuse. 
Wear gloves and goggles as it can erode the skin)
