**DAILY MAINTENANCE**
  * 1.Go to diagnostic mode {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:diagnostic_mode.jpeg?600|}}
  * 2.Then periodic maintenance {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:periodic.jpeg?600|}}
  * 3.Do daily maintenance {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_1.54.09_am.jpeg?600|}}
  * 4.Use 70% isopropyl alcohol,DI water and one unused handkerchief from daily maintenance box
  * 5.Perform all nine step and save it at the end. {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_1.55.22_am.jpeg?600|}}
  * 

**HOW TO SEE NUMBER OF TEST REMAINING**
  - Go  to reagent menu {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_1.25.59_am.jpeg?600|}}
  - See the number of test remainning from **count** menu  {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_1.28.14_am.jpeg?600|}}
 
**HOW TO LOAD REAGENT** 
  - Go  to reagent menu {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_1.25.59_am.jpeg?600|}}
  - click on load/unload button {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_2.12.42_am.jpeg?600|}}
  - and now load the reagent 
  - Do not forget to close the  reagent tray cover {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_2.15.27_am_1_.jpeg?600|}}
  - And see the status of reagent -**in use or current** should be there {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_2.18.14_am.jpeg?600|}}
  - In case of **bubble** unload the reagent and again load it
                                                                                                                       
**HOW TO REMOVE EMPTY REAGENT**
  - Go  to reagent menu
  - Select the reagent you want to remove 
  - And now click on load/unload button 
  - Now remove reagent from reagent tray
  - Do not forget to close the  reagent tray cover

**HOW TO SEE SIGNAL REAGENT**
  - Go to reagent menu
  - Click on **view SR** {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_2.22.24_am.jpeg?600|}} 
  -  And see the **remaining asssay** {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:whatsapp_image_2021-07-31_at_2.25.33_am.jpeg?600|}}
  - If it is less the 100 test load new sr
 
**HOW TO SEE UNIVERSAL WASH REAGENT(UWR) AND WASTE**
  - Go to reagent manu
  - Click on **view UWR/Waste** {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:view_waste.jpeg?600|}}
  - If UWR is less then 200ml then click on change both. {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:change_both.jpeg?600|}} 
  - Put new UWR AND EMPTY WASTE

**HOW TO PUT SAMPLE** 
  - Ready a sample tray {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:sample_tray.jpeg?400|}}
  - IF serum more then 1 ml then put barcoded vacutte {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:barcoded.jpeg?600|}}
  - If serum less then 1 ml take sample in small vitros cup {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:1_cup.jpeg?400|}} {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:2_cup.jpeg?400|}} {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:3_cup.jpeg?400|}}
  - If single test is there sample volume should be more then 300 microliter
  - For more then 1 test sample volume should be 500 microleter in vitrous cup
  - PUT sample tray {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:put_tray.jpeg?400|}}
  - And start the **green button  ** {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:green_button.jpeg?400|}}
 
**HOW TO SEE THE REMAINING TIME** 
  - Click on result menu
  - Click on update and see all sample has been taken or not
  - Yellow color in front of sample id indicate sample processing on 

**HOW TO SEE RESULT**
  - Go to result menu {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:result_menu.jpeg?400|}} {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:inside_result.jpeg?400|}}
  - click on update {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:update.jpeg?400|}}
  - Click on **plus sign(+)** in front of sample id and see all result has came or not {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:plus_sign.jpeg?400|}}
  - In case of NA (no result) check the  error message

**HOW TO CHECK ERROR MESSAGE**
  - Go to condition menu {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:condition.jpeg?400|}}
  - see the error message and select it and click on **view description**  {{:nchsls:c:biochemistry:document:error.jpeg?400|}}
