====== Instruction for Beta -hCG calibrator ======
   -  3 level of calibrator,frozen powdered form
   -  keep at room temperature for 10-15 min
   -  reconstitute with 1 ml of QC water
   - Make 5 cup of 200 microliter of each level
   - 1 cup of each level will be used for calibration
   - Remained 4 cup of each calibrator parafilm it and place in a urine microcontainer and  label those as a fresh cup
   - Retained sample after calibration will be kept in its original bottle ,parafilm it and label as used cup
   - keep all these cups-used and fresh in deep friedge no-16
