  -two point (increasing)
    - example creatinine 
    - difference between M1 and M2 is used. (delta OD)
    - SO, perform lineality experiment, find upper limit (18 mg approx)
    - find delta OD of 18 mg
    - Feed it as reaction absorbance limit (+0.7, example) 

  -two point (decreasing)
    - example urea
    - difference between M1 and M2 is used. (delta OD)
    - SO, perform linearity experiment, find upper limit (200 mg approx)
    - find delta OD of 200 mg
    - Feed it as reaction absorbance limit
