**When there is sudden fall in lamp gain (below 60) and erba shows error that "change in lamp gain"**


-Check all tubings of laundry system.

-If there is any minor blockage in any of its tubings, there will be no flow of water so all cell blanks will be zero. and all qc fall on lower side or negative results will come.

-In this case, no need to change lamp but check out blockage in tubings.

-If there is blockage, change that tube.

-Give cuvette ringe first.

-Then give autospan 2-3 times from maintenance, check lamp gain in all filters.(Will get all gains within 75-85 range)

-Again give cuvette ringe once.   

-Check all cell blanks.
