  -Do not forget to do** microwell incubator reset** after claning of microwell incubator , For microwell incubator reset go to Diagnostics-MEDS-INCUBATOR AND TRANSPORTS and click on Reset uW Inc
  - To prevent two test waste go to option and configuration menu then configure system then sample/result option keep **all reprocessing menu off*** but **for beta-HCG all reprocessing menu on and reflex dilution on was done**
  -** For dilution of Beta-hCG for value greater than 15000 IU/L ,GO TO OPTION --CONFIGURE ASSAY--SELECT BETA-HCG --REVIEW/EDIT CONFIGURATION--REFLEX DILUTION ON AND DILUTION FACTOR 100 WAS DONE--CONFIGURE REFLEX--WRITE UPPER RANGE 15000 IN REFLEX TO SAME ASSAY**
  - Whenever new examination will be started see **host code** of that examination in host code pdf and enter correctly in php adminer
  -**To prevent failed calibration** , before doing any calibration load reagent in instrument before 6 hr of calibration to settle out bubble
